CORE POS is the Complete Open Retail Environment Point-of-Sale system. While some POS systems are closed and do not allow or encourage other companies to work with their databases, we expect other developers to add functionality beyond what we provide.

CORE POS was designed after years of using other POS systems. We worked also with individuals familiar with the needs of small retailers, trying to make CORE the best possible solution for small and medium-sized retailers. We tried to minimize "screen clutter" and concentrated on making an easy-to-use system that is as powerful as anything on the market.
